Dude, I know you're worried about the wiring on a hybrid, but you need to just buckle down and research it. People swap motors every day and they work. Just learn about what harness to use and use the whole motor. It's a WHOLE lot more work to do a head swap and get everything right than it would be for you to just use the whole motor, get the right harness and use the correct ECU.
