The CR-V is based on the Civic. The Passport was a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo and has been replaced by the Pilot. The Pilot/Odyssey/MDX are based on the Accord.

You cannot make a "full blown truck" from a unibody platform, you need a ladder frame. The Rodeo/Passport uses a ladder frame but that was not any sort of engineering agreement, just a rebadging agreement. Honda got the Passport and Isuzu got the Oasis, which was a rebadged 1st-gen Odyssey.

So no, it won't be a "full blown truck."
