The big problem in the US is the high volume of old cars. Everything on the road right now would have to be refitted, and that just isn't happening.

Companies like Haltech would be worth millions overnight, too, as people run out to get aftermarket EMS's to eliminate all the stock computer BS.

Don't forget, Japanese market cars have had 112mph limiters for years. Some are easier to defeat then others, though.
