Basically, the old stuff has to come out, the automatic transaxle mount has to be cut off and the manual mount welded in, some minor wiring needs to be done, the manual trans and intermediate shaft go in, clutch cable and pedals need to be installed, and more. It's not a fun process and it is best to sell the automatic and buy a manual.
