Some of the easiest things to do are...

remove rear wiper
remove complete A/C
remove complete P/S
remove cruise control
remove spare tire and jack

This allows you to keep a relative stock looking appearance. If you can live with a bare looking Integra on the inside remove everything that is bolted down that you do not need and scrape all sound deadening material. These all cost little to now $$.

Then look into lighter rims and CF for anything you can do.
