i run 45 on mine.
The RS, LS & GS have 195-60 R14 tires from the factory. It was my understanding that for each inch in wheel diameter, the series profile should be reduced by a unit of 10. Hence my selection of a 205/40R16 tire.

Now in the case of the GSR, you are absolutely right, as they are fitted with 195/55 R15 tires from the factory.

....Interesting.... I oughta borrow a radar gun to verify my speedo accuracy. :thinking:
