Default F22 Engine Compression Ratio

Owning a 1990 2.2i Honda Accord with a F22A3 Engine (European) I was thinking of doing the old Engine swap for a H22 to give me the extra power. Now with all my mods I am upto 165hp/155lb torque.
The compression ratio on the engine is about 8.8:1 and I would like to know how much extra power would I be able to get if it is possible to get the compression to at least 10:1 and ideally up with the Hww of 10.6:1 or even 11:1

How would one go about trying to even get the compression ratio up?

Sorry for the noobie type questions but I dont understand the compression ratio fully yet.
What would others recommend, stay away from upping the compression and just slap the H22 in?

Any and all help would be appreciated

Thank you
