Meditate, man... medications for mental problems have so many not cool side effects. I was on Adderal for a month or so for my ADHD.. and it totaly ****ed with my head... bringing me into severe depression. Meditate, talk with someone, Engross yourself in the things you love..
And most importanly.. be strong.. realise that this is only an obsticle.. and can be overcome with patience and time.
