I know a guy with a $75,000 custom Harley chopper. He parks it under a tarp next to his dog that eats garbage. He lives wherever his friends go. He doesn't own 1 damn other thing than that bike, the tarp, and the dog. But he will talk your ear off about how he's the richest man on earth.

There are 2 sides to that spectrum. If you ever meet the guy, stay away from his dog.
