They can't carry a gun, don't know how to drive fast in a chase without wipping out, and don't even have the cars needed to keep up with most high speed chases. So you're saying technology like this wont show itself in the US? We already have microchips you can put in your kids and pets to triangulate their exact position. That's scarey enough, in my book.
