Those panels are made from perforated aluminum sheet, and then were covered with mat - a few self tapping screws and you have sealed doors. There's mat around the edges to seal where necessary.

There's 3 layers of mat on the doors, 3 cans of stinger road kill between the two doors on the inner door skins.

Then a 1/8" layer of foam...
