if u found liquid water in the TB and plenum then you definitely hydrolocked your motor, looks like its only on 1 cylinder tho, i assume probably #4 since its closest to TB on intake mani.

yea i stopped to try and help a d00d with a civic and a swapped b motor the other day, he drove thru this huge puddle and he had a cai too, my short pipe didnt get touched.

he locked up his motor and i felt bad when i had to tell him that even tho i didnt know him, cause b swap is alot more $ than an H swap
