My gf got her 04 Civic Ex just this past Saturday. Although its an auto, it drives great and has some decent acceleration. She got the new Magnesium metallic. Nice new color for 04.
The stock bumpers have this nice little flare out like an Si lip.

The new rear tails are much nicer then 01-03 IMO
The rear also has a little flared out end.
