It depends on how bad you want it. Personally, I wouldn't offer more than $16k to $17k for it but the car's right there so that's a bonus. I read on honda-tech.com how this one guy in Florida sold his 2000 PY Type R to a guy that flew in from Minnesota and then flew the car back O_o
