Well the ones I have seen have been a complete pain.

Most the people I have seen swapping B16/B18 into a pre OBD vehicle end up swapping out the entire chassis harness because it ends up being a bit easier process sometimes.

Since you already have the conversion harness but are still running into issues i couldn't tell you without looking at it. Hope I at least added something to this topic.:happysad:
