hi, i have 98 civic ex coupe d16y8 with aem cai and catback exhast, for some reason when i start up the car, even with full tank of gas, the engine cracks for a long time b4 it will start.

and once its started, it starts at like 1000rpm and then it would slowly go to like 1800rpm, but b4 it will just jump right up to 1800rpm.

anyone know why and can anyone help?
