Ex: you have tix for lakers game at staples center. you go to staples center to sell them for a higher price. that is scalping. if you stand in front of your house and sell them for a higher price, that is not scalping.
thats crazy! so what you're saying is that i should get a house next to the staples center and just stand there selling them tix..., no wonder there aren't any residential areas near stadiums...
