I'm sure your '90 is somewhat similiar to mine. On mine it's 2 screws, 2 bolts and a handful of plastick clips, the bumper is free to gently tug it off the car. I ususally put something down on the ground like you can see in that pic so the bumper doesn't get scratched, etc.
