Same thing ahppened to me, so I just removed those particular lights from the back....thats what most people do anyways. that way u can still use the dimmer switch. Hope that helps

yeah i actually pulled them out too..but then the needles are totally dark. i figured i'd put up with the dimmed dash as opposed to dark needles. ah well. gotta fix my damn fuel needle now.
