this is true.. this is why it can protect against detonation in higher HP, forced induction aplication... i agree with the mustang guy.. if you drive a stock civic with altezzas whats the point of higher octane... i guess the question is.. what makes you choose more expensive gas?
i personaly run 94, but that is only because of nitrous... if i did not run nitrous i would use the lowest possible without pinging
