I never do it. Its a pain in the ass when I want to push my car somewhere and the ****er locks and starts curving to one side.

Last summer I had to bleed my brakes and I pushed my car down the street and the stupid wheel locked and it was heading towards some cars so I had to jump in and unlock it and than downshift to make the car stop since I had no brakes.
