Atleast you have the right mentality and want to get rid of the fake badges.

Mine sat for 5 months with a busted tranny and clutch, I changed the oil, filter, and had to recharge the battery... other than that it was fine. I do agree with the tire thing though, I bought four new tires though so I didn't experience that but I've heard of it happening.
