Chris Mintor started to work for Marshal his sophomore year as an intern. He was told that if he got good grades and learn the business, he would be hired full time. Chris became president of his fraternity, picked up his real estate license, and graduated with a degree in marketing. Today, he is full time with the Marshal Reddick Real Estate Network. Chris at age 25, has purchased his first residence, a 2-bed, 2 1/2 batch condo in Huntington Beach, purchased an investment property in Nashville, Hawaii, Palm Coast, and has one in excrow in Tampa without the assistance of parents or anyone. Chris has learned all the creative ways of getting into residence for no money down and no closing costs.
