and i dont feel like making another thread, so ill ask here. How do i know if my car is a type R? By now u guys know that i probably dont know shit about cars. It has a bunch of decals with the TypeR logo on em, and also on the old shoulder pads. But how do i truly know its a TypeR? I dont wanna be riding around sporting wrong decals, like all those people that stick the Vtec decals on their non Vtec cars.

Its not a TypeR man, sorry. But what model do you have anyway? It should say on the back next to the Civic decal, otherwise look at the VIN # or the engine code (engraved just to the left of the header) and let us know what they say
