They are mostly a bunch of unlicensed, carless 15 year olds who think its fun to write paper 'tickets' they print out...and i found one on my car today....i flipped out. I was ticketed for "oversize exhaust, VTEC sticker (my car IS vtec), ugly euro/altezza lights, and wheels without wheel covers"
