I just upgraded to axxis pads and they perform decently well. I went to a track day @ Thunderhill last Friday, and my stopping power was more than adequate. I would recommend Axxis pads as an OEM replacement/upgrade.

I have also heard Hawks are a great autox/track pad but for daily driving/commuting I think Axxis will suit you fine. They're a step above AEM (but a little more expensive)
