I agree with Snoopy. Why? Because that is exactly what I have done to mine. We also did the FORD brake fluid swap as it has a higher boiling point for track days. Otherwise, Honda brake fluid is just fine. I might add that we bought our Brembo-blank rotors and AEM/Nissin pads from Summit and have had no problems with the setup at all. The tracks I run on include Pocono and Watkins Glen where brakes are tested a lot.
Our brake lines are stainless from Goodridge on the Prelude and Russell on the CRX-you will not regret the swap. Do they help with pedal feel - yes. Overall braking performance is also improved since they do not swell.
You Q about x-drilled. In a few words <G>-don't bother. They will not improve anything and have been known to crack across the holes. I do not even recommend slotted ones as they cannot be surfaced. Blank rotors are just fine for almost any situation.
