The shop I had my work done at had done this very swap and it was impressive considering that in stock form a 7th gen Civ coupe ran 14.7 with the swap....this was also on the S engine ECU.
What is the BAR inspection you are talking about? I have not heard this term.
Just so ya know it runs through DEQ clean as a whistle too.
