I have a friend that has a 96 Civic Coupe. Will my 2000 Civic Si Lip fit his front bumper? i told him that it wouldn't but he insists on me bringing my old lip over so he can see for himself

it won't fit.. because the 96 bumper has a groove on the bottom that goes inward. he can probably get it to fit by drilling new holes and what not... but it's not gonna look right. it's better for him to just buy the 96-98 Type R replica lip.
