Part was expensive! $92.00.
The factory top mount needs to be modified. The sleave that slides through the body hole is too large in diameter to fit a standard integra antenna hole. I shaved the sleave off, and removed the factory collar (on the internal part of the unit, this required use of a phillips head screwdriver, very simple) I then mounted the unit, but I was unhappy. The fit was too loose.
I remedied that by putting some rubber sink washers around the threaded part of the internal base unit. when I cranked down the antenna mount, the washers created a nice, and snug mounting.
I am using the factory head unit (results may very depending on your particular head unit), and the area I live in is pretty flat. Reception is fine, unless I am between too many tall buildings, but that was a problem I had with the origional antenna.
S2K antenna looks cool IMO. I prefer CD's to radio, so reception isn't that important anyway.
