Also. Bush may or may not be a bright guy, but his speech patterns are consistent with a learning disability, possibly mild dyslexia. Not during his scripted speeches, mind you, just during extemporaneous events like press conferences.

If Al Gore had been declared President by the Supreme Court instead of George Bush, you're right -- Saddam Hussein would likely still be in charge in Iraq. Gore never would have lied to the United States Congress and the world about phantom weapons of mass destruction in order to justify a preposterous war.
