Those parts in the picture aren't B-series stuff (obviously) and you will need the bushing set (ES is only $10) and the bolt/washer that attaches the stablizer to the tranny. Everything else (shifter itself and the partst that hold it to the linkage) can be reused from your D-series, I believe.
Just tell them you need a GS-R thorttle cable, from the pedal to the TB. I just tied mine under a bracket in the rear and it fit fine.
