thats a good deal.. check the turbo, see if it needs a rebuild. if you don't know anything about them sell it to someone who can or pay someone cheap to rebuild it.. everything else is perfect for a HMT kit all you need is fuel management, chargepiping, boost gauge and i recommend an a/f gauge even if its not a wide-band... its something to tune with, oil feed/return, coolant feed/return and some misc. hoses and clamps.
don't go above 10 psi on stock internals without it being properly tuned. hell i think the stock actuator on that is set at like 6 psi, tune that then go up little by little from there. good find man
