Actually, I
have driven a 996. And, while it's a nice car that performs well, it's no NSX. There are a few other cars that equal or surpass the NSX, but this isn't one of them.
However, apparently you didn't understand the purpose of my remark. It's no different from saying that an NSX is "just a Honda", like OnlyDrivenA97Accord did, and was intended to mimic his ridiculous statement. Maybe you should try to consider the broader context of a remark and the possibility that it's intended as ironic humor before accusing anyone of being hypocritical.
