BTW just for clarification...the corner lights for the 94-97 are all the same...its the bumper lights that are different.

he is correct about the parts he listed about being interchangeable. where he's wrong is by saying nothing else is interchangeable. You can put 95 tails on a 94, I can go on and on but you get the point. So unless he meant "between a 4th gen and 5th gen" he isn't right.
