what is it doin that you think its the distro? cuz i just got an 88 too and sometimes when i hit the gas from a stop, it sputters and sometimes dies. i replaced the fuel filter but it didnt fix the problem. im gonna do the cap and rotor next. im not gonna do the plugs and wires till i got the cap in just to see. im kinda goin through an elimination process. anyway, hit me back when you get a chance. i figure we got the same year, so we can help each other out
