Well if you've tried and gotten the same problem with 2 seperate sticks of the exact same brand/model ram... I'd say it's 1 of 2 things. 1) motherboard slot is bad. 2) that stick is not compatable in dual channel with that mobo.

I'd try to rule out #2 as much as possible. Then RMA the mobo.
