Ok last night one of my bulbs popped, so now im a little more motivated to replace my headlight bulbs.

But on this board i have heard that you can do a conversion on the bulbs so that a bulb (cant remeber the number) can fit into my 5th's gen socket and you get like 10 more watts and the bulb wasnt 'capped'

So i was wondering if i could get a link to a thread, or a how-to on this, and if there is ANY danger of overloading my wiring harneses by doing this mod. I dont want to burn those up or anything.

Also i shtere any risk in melting the housing because of higher heat??

For now i am only interested in doing the low-beams....
