Technologically, OBD-1 (which is the b17a as well as the 94-95 b18c1) is generally better for accepting bolt on mods than an OBD-2 engine which is the 96+ b18c (and all b series engines).
oh, and the car you've got sounds like it looks really good. I too own a G2 and I would cherish having a G2 gsr, not only because its got the blacksheep b17a, but just because its basically a collector's item among GSRs and integras in general. But, like Booty said, the rarity and sacredness among a few select people of the gsr isn't enough to make the value increase. In fact, according to kelley blue book, a gsr is only worth $125 more dollars than a GS with the same amount of miles, etc. Although, if you find the right person, you can definently get more than the blue book value of it.
