Actually there are minor suspension differences between the LS & GS.

The GS has a larger front anti-roll bar than the LS and RS. The front bar is the same diameter as the GSR [ 0.94 in] compared to the LS and RS which run a 0.87 in bar. I also am fairly confident that the shock damping and spring rates are shared with the GSR.
Drivetrain-wise, yes, the GS is mechanically identical to the LS and RS.

BTW, your exhaust should fit fine. Don't worry. h: :thumbup:
