My thoughts on pullies in general, for any car, are that they are a bad idea unless you have a particular accessory that would benefit from being spun at a slower speed. For example the alternator on the '93-'95 Mazda RX-7 tends to get a little fussy at 6000 rpm or above so underdriving it a little bit sacrifices some electrical output at low RPM in exchange for longer life at high RPM. But in an Integra there's really no reason and they're only so popular because of good marketing on the part of people who make them.
