I've seen a bolt on/12-bolt LT1 camaro pull the right front tire and only run a 12.5. That's pretty slow. But you are generally right about f-bodies.
I agree some do lift wheels only runnin 12. but actually holding a wheel stand for 10 feel like(like the pic i showed) takes low 11,s sometimes 10,s.
