on the 4dr the upper grill is on the front bumper and cannot be removed unless you cut it, which i have seen done but it looked really bad, there are places on ebay that sell the bumpers that have the removable grill for the 4dr, on the 2dr, the stock bumper has the removable grill, some people get the stock 2dr bumper for their 4dr but its not an exact fit, other than that you cannot change the upper grill with a stock bumper on the 4dr
