I had just purchased a JDM genuine Honda strut bar for my 2001 and when i went to install it i had a problem....most strut bars screw into the bolts that hold the strut...but this has 2 bolts and they screw into 2 holes (that are covered by plastic things). Well wen i actually got the bolts to screw into the hole, i realized that the plate that holds the strut to the body is covering up part of the hole...so tommorow i am going to take both struts out rim out the plate a little bit and put the strut bar in...The question i have is... since the bar is only going to be screwed into the body, not holding the 2 struts together, will it make a difference??
