Right. I'm sure China will sit by twiddling their thumbs while we drop nukes in their backyard. Good plan. :goodjob:
I don't subscribe to Keynsian economic theory. It is my opinion that Bush's policies are flawed.
But really we aren't talking about domestic economic policy. I was commenting upon how large US-based multinational corporations affect foreign policy.
1: You don't subsribe to modern economics?!!????!!?
2: It boils down to this, the US and China CAN'T AFFORD TO GO TO WAR with each other. The world market depends too heavily on the US, and China, as do each respective country's economy. That, and if the UN got involved and that = more economic sanctions. China would be a 3rd world country again. as far as death numbers... yea, those would be big and ugly

.
BUT eventually we would use nukes to stop the numbers on our side from rising and to end the war, just like we did with Japan.
BTW: nobody likes war, so don't try and label me a war-monger. You can if you want, it has no effect on me, but just don't think that anyone WANTS to go to war.
