And as for human rights... why don't you do some research into how wonderful things are in Nigeria? What, haven't heard anything about it on the news? Maybe that's because Shell is making billions of dollars a year from the oil it's pumping out of Nigeria?

Hmmm......

Big government doesn't care about human rights violations, dictatorship, any of that bullshit. They'll prattle on about democracy but the bottom line is this:

As long as the country opens its borders to free trade, there's no problem. We'll turn a blind eye. But if they don't allow US-based multinationals in, all of a sudden they're the bad guy.

By calling him part of the "Axis of Evil" and equating North Korea with Iraq, and then stating his intention to invade Iraq? Does any of this ring a bell? :slap:
in response to your first paragraph
1, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Saddam was the lesser of two evils at the time, and he was a sissy, we could easily control him

I love how everyone was all concerned that Iraq refused the UN inspections, but then it's okay for US to go against the UN by invading Iraq. :wtf:

UN isn't the big mommy to the world you think it is.

The UN also didn't do shit about the Molosovic's ethnic cleansing... they just overlooked it, it was NATO, lead by the US that went in and took care of that. thats just an example. the UN is designed to prevent conflict, and they're a bunch of sissy's.
