13.9 @ 98mph is what I did with just a o/r h-pipe on my 99% stock 160k mile 5.0. Unfortunatley I was not able to run her completley stock as the h-pipe was shot when I bought her.
Any substantial amount of bolt ons on a 89-93 5.0 will yeild fairly impressive times (low-mid 12's). One thing to keep in mind is that they are not porkers like todays vehicles seem to be.
