That's what I suspect too. But there must be some contractually binding agreement with internet purchases, or I wouldn't be getting so many $5 and $15 games.
also, EA has no reason not to sell these games cheap. i could imagine amazon.com canceling because they couldn't get them from the distributor, but EA is the source.
