I have a prestige one on my car. It makes chirp sound when you arm, and 2 chirps when it disarms, also blinking the head lights too. Most alarms are similar, just company preference and features. Also install your self if you can, civics are easy to put alarms in. I am guessing you might have a civic with the 00 si heater core for sale. I have a wiring code sheet if you need. Take you about 2-3 hours with a clean install.
