Im pretty postive this grill fits as it was sold by JAP_ANDY off ebay and he knows his stuff. He said it is the grill that was made before the new one. Older style grill. I know I could of made the grill for that much but you can tell whats mugen and whats not and I personaly thing it looks better.
i've seen japandy selling JDM 6th gen accord headlights, describing them as being able to fit 6th (or 5th, don't remember) gen USDM accords with no modification or body work whatsoever... but hey if it fits i can't wait to see how it looks.
